Utilising A Theology Degree.

As a follow on from my question below, (I was thinking of my youngest son who is doing very well in sciences), what about a Theology degree, that one of my older sons has?
Would this be a passport onto a management course?
I often watch the news and wonder about the high flying bankers and local authority execs gatting paid mega bucks.
