Wired Computer Mouse On Windows 11 Scrolling Problem

We have bought a new desktop with Windows 11 on it. However, we are having problems scrolling on internet pages. The wired mouse goes slightly upwards before letting us scroll downwards the page. We have tried different mouses in different holes at the back of the desktop but it makes no difference. Looked online for help and whatever we have tried, we cannot solve this problem.

Any ideas would be helpful, but please keep replies simply as we are not techie nerds. Thanks.

I haven't got Windows 11 yet. However your problems occur despite using different mice makes me believe you need to configure your general mouse options.
