Strange. Are you sure it really is an ad blocker, as popping up everywhere seems to defeat it's reason to exist ?

Henry, if it is Total Adblock, I think you may have installed the app at some time.
Go into Settings and open the Apps.
If Total Adblock is there, uninstall it.

What does the pop up say? Does it say your Adblock has expired or ask you to upgrade to premium?
Have you got Total Adblock installed on your machine?
