If provision for her to saty had been made in her late husband's will it's unclear why the place is being compulsory sold. Presumably the courts can justify it.

Why do children always claim their parent was "out of their mind" when making a will? She is being evicted from the home she and their father restored and renovated.
I think Italian law is known to be complex and incomprehensible.
