Does anyone know of a good excerise for firming the upper arm, I haven't got got arms by any means but the underneath bit at the top has gone all floppy. I swim once a week and go to a water aerobics class. Anyone got any good suggestions. Ta.

Stand arms length away from a wall, put hands on wall and basically do standing up press ups against wall. Try this about 30 times a night.
Try tricep dips. You need a bench to do Tricep-dips. To begin with sit on the bench. Then put your hands close to your sides and lift your body up. Straighten your legs, and move your body forward slightly forward. Straighten your arms until they will extend no further, then dip down, past the bench and raise yourself up again. This is a tricep-dip.
you can probabaly do what archiestaffy says on the edge of a bath?
Or a fun way is to play bingo, once you get a line or a full house you can wave your arm above your head and gain pounds as you lose them.

ps...remember to change arms or you`ll end up with one bingo wing bigger than the other ;o)
