I am a complete technophobe and can't do links but Oldham has some imaginatively named bin wagons and gritters. The latest addition to the latter is Nicole Saltslinger.
Hi, Novalis.

Links are really easy here. On a PC or laptop, right-click on the web address at the top of the page that you want to link to and select 'Copy'. Come to an AB post and, where you want your link to appear, right-click and select 'Paste'. (It won't become a link until you click on 'Submit', or 'Anser Now', as appropriate. It's best to put links on a line all by themself, so that they don't get mixed up with other text).

It's much the same with a phone or tablet except that you need to long-press on the web address and then select 'Copy' and then, in AB, long-press where you want the link to appear and choose 'Paste'.

In Oldham, it was out with the old

and in with the new!

Thanks for all those Buenchico - some of them ( no ALL of them are very funny) !
It's going to take the rest of the evening to read them :-))
( and I thought it was just Suffolk that the sense of humour to do something like this )
Would love to have a bin lorry collection, Haras whatever it was called. :-(

My sympathies Gness :
when I was a child, living in the middle of nowhere, it was just like
that , collecting papers and bottles to load into the car every so often - and we had a lot more bonfires..... :-)
We could have collection were our lane not so narrow. Not allowed fires so we buy two bags (landfill and recycling) from the shop and when they're full take them to a cart in the village.
Bottles I load into my car to go to the bottle bank. The rattling from my boot is sometimes embarrassing. I blame Dave for that. ;-)
^^^ If you didn't lock him in the boot in the first place, Gness, he wouldn't make so much noise!
Here’s the gritter map for Scotland

It's only a Civic, Chris! I'd barely get his feet in the boot!

Made me laugh though. :-)
Scaffie au lait...
Thank you Buenchico. I've tried doing that before now to attach links to emails but something always seems to go wrong.
