Have You Worked In A Wetherspoon's Kitchen?

I ask because I have just read that steaks are grilled but I was told a while back that the steaks arrived pre-cooked and frozen and are 'dinged' in a commercial microwave for the length of time stamped on the vacuum pack.
Just curious, really
