Hi there, I receive my emails from Sky/yahoo and i get these either on my Samsung phone via the Samsung app or on Laptop via outlook in Microsoft office, the issue I have is that the mails that I send to the trash/recycle bin folder are automatically disappearing after 2 weeks, this seems to be a relatively new occurrence. Is there a way I can stop these mails from going, apart from leaving them in my inbox ? thanks for any help

I use sky/yahoo and as far as I know this has always been the case.
Trash cans get emptied :-)
If for some reason you don't want this junk to disappear eventually, create a different folder for it and store it there.
I thought Yahoo auto cleared after a week.

It's done to keep space down. Keep them in your inbox if you want to refer to them, if you need to look again they are not trash are they?

Time to get a better email account perhaps?
You could create a new folder and move the e-mails to that one instead of their going into the trash/recycle folder.

That way, it's your choice how long they remain there.
