I'd have thought that if any informant, let alone a "supergrass", were named in a case, his or her name would have been anonymized in the Judgment as a matter of course unless there were reasons to the contrary.

Do you have mines Dug? Is that he same as piles?
PoliceScotland would be better employed finding out where £600,000 of SNP members money has disappeared to.And also find out where a certain leading figure in the SNP found £107,000 to donate to the SNP?
Heaven knows what they will do with the Twits, The rather silly family doesn't have the same ring to it.

Oh, I don't know though. ;-)
An update, the judgment is back online.

'A spokesman for the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service said: “The opinion was removed from the website while we reviewed the matter. We are satisfied that a contempt of court order does not apply to this particular case and have republished the opinion.”'

I Googled the case last night and there was a hit but clicking on it gave an error message because it had been taken down.

However, there was a cached version still and that showed the original judgment so even if they hadn't uploaded it again, the name would have been available.
