A simple-to-make, tasty recipe would be appreciated. I'm becoming less carb-tolerant by the day.

You could make meatza...a pork and beef base. Think of a flattened meatloaf plus toppings.
There's also versions using chicken
Or...cauliflower pizza. This recipe makes up to 2 'pizzas'
