I am a regular gym goer, usually just go for some weight training. Had a go on a body fat calculator yesterday, and was quite shocked to find out that acording to this machine, my body fat is over 25%. I am not obese, and wouldn't think of myself to be massively overweight either. I am 18St but am very muscular and I'm 6'3. Anyone got any ideas?

try this, the % acceptable is actually quite high.
If it was one of those ones that you stand on and the pulse goes through you, they are very unreliable. They are only accurate if you have not eaten or drank anything in 24 hours, and i think your case highlights their inaccuracy.
