I recentley purchased a second hand pc after running a full system scan using NTL Netguard i have found 4 virus`s which it cannot remove . Any suggestions how to manually remove them please

download the lastest version of your ntl firewall and whatever virus software you have, and install that straight away...

what version of windows are you using?
what internet connection d oyou have?
what broadband modem/router do you have?
what are the names of the virus's?

it may be easyer to reinstall the entire computer... but you should only do this if you have the knowledge to re-install everything beforehand..
