Has anyone else received a message from Powergrid Priority Service I haven't clicked the link - As far as I know I am not a Priority customer Is this a scam?

Only from Northern Powergrid this morning, and that was just to say about possible power cuts.
Any text alerts for priority customers will come from 'POWERGRID' and the only links they ever post to are northernpowergrid.com, so I suspect it is a scam. Either way, if you're not sure, do what you have done and don't click.
If you live in the part of the UK shown on his map, it's quite likely to be genuine:
https://www.northernpowergrid.com/about-us

Examine the link that you've been sent (e.g. by hovering your mouse over it, if it doesn't directly show as an email address) to see if it goes to northernpowergrid.com. (If so, it'll be genuine).

If in doubt though, ignore the link and go here to sign up to the free service (if you think that it might be of use to you):

(Simply being 'of pensionable age' appears to be enough to qualify)
