About three weeks ago I bought a balaclava from Amazon. We both laughed when I put it on as it looks really daft on a seventy year old. However, I have worn it for walks for the last eight, nine days and now regard it as one of the best things I have bought for the cold weather.

I don't care what it looks like. :-)

I am such a rebel!

Says to me it's who you are Tilly :-)

I have no idea about phone stuff either, how to upload etc... I can't even copy and paste a link for the music threads.

Chris or Togo might help us out later on.
My late mum knitted a brown balaclava to wear at school and stitched in my initials in big white capitals.

No idea why the capitals were added. It's not as if there were loads of folk wearing them or desperate and daft enough to pinch it.
I know how to do being honest just difficult to explain for me , they're both good at it. Plus they do know a great deal of different devices than I do.
I've never uploaded images from my phone for viewing on here but, in response to requests above, I've just been playing around to see how to do it. Here's how it works on my phone:

In your web browser, go to postimages.org
( https://postimages.org )

Tap 'Choose image'

If you're asked for permission for your web browser to access your images, choose either 'While using this app' or 'Only this time'.

You'll then be offered some file locations. On my phone, I saw both 'My folders' and 'Folders'. I guessed (correctly, as it turned out) that 'My folders' was the one I needed to use. So I tapped on that.

I was then offered 'Camera', which I again tapped on.

That displayed all of the images stored in that folder. I tapped on the one that I wanted to upload to place a tick next to it.

Then I tapped on 'Done', which resulted in the file being uploaded to Postimages.org

The next step is to long press on either of the top two links and then select 'Copy'.

From there, come to an AB post and (where you want the link to appear) long press and select 'Paste'. (It's always best to give any link a line all to itself). Then submit your post as normal.

Well, Corby, the teachers knew whose it was when they picked it up from the cloakroom floor.
Very sensible of your mum to think of that.

Gosh, I got in a muddle with that. Thanks for trying to help, Chris.

It's easier with IBB.

I just can't see where to copy the link to post it for you
