Ps...I've always made just half the recipe, using a pie tin. That's 2 meals for me...with added protein like sausages or chicken.

Unsure if I'll find the get up & go to give it a go, though.

Oh for goodness sake Atheist...it's a suggestion. You can pile roast asparagus and caramelized shallots on it instead.
