I Have Two 12Gb Ddr3 Ram Mudules, But Only 4Gb Is Installed

Hi i really meed some help with a situation im facing

I gave two DDR3 2x6GB RAM modules installed but only 4028mb installed RAM
I have a 64bit win10 Pro activated, with intel i5 core.
I did update the BIOS (latest version apparently 2013) and have DUAL DRAM setring enabled.
Please i need some help to sort out this issue.

I'm 99% certain that there's no such thing as a 6GB ram module.
As Barry indicates, the first thing to do is to check whether your motherboard can actually handle more than 4 GB of RAM. (If the latest version of the BIOS is 9 years old, it suggests that your computer might not have been designed to work with much more than 4 GB).

You'd have to get 3 × 2G, or, 6 × 1G, IMO.

Aye, your motherboard would need to cope with 6G. There may be links to set, or maybe certain module sockets need to be used. You'd find the motherboard manual useful.
