The bowler made a foul - probably overstepped his mark & that delivery can't take a wicket. That counts 1 for the batting side & whatever runs are scored from that delivery. 7x6s = 42 + 1 for the no ball =43

I hope this works!

very impressive. I wouldn't mind seeing the ground measurements for some of this big hitting, though; some grounds are a lot smaller than others, and sometimes the playing pitch isn't in the middle.
