Is there such a software that will help you rename photos by analysing the pictures contents and suggesting titles - say it can tell if i photo is of a car, maybe the type & with some input it could even identify people based on previous photos you've named.
or it can tell if its a wedding or party or dancing - or anything really.

id imagine this is not easy- but whenever you post pics to facebook etc it auto labels the pic with a rough outline of the content like -
= 2 people outside a house by a car and a tree - which is not great but it shows it can identify whats in the picture

So I'm wondering if theres anything that goes a bit further?

Search for AI auto tagging software, there is quite a few to choose from, mostly paid for.
If you upload your photos to OneDrive it automatically adds tags to the photos but I don't know how accurate it is.
As OneDrive is a Microsoft product it should be safe to use and it is a good way to back up your photos anyway.
