calory burn up rate

Hi there, How many calories would I have used up this evening by briskly walking two miles to school with an inappropriately small wheeled buggy and a stroppy toddler on the buggy board and then two miles back with an overactive child and two stroppy under fives on the buggy board and obviously a baby in the buggy?

the bottom line is, have I burned enough calories to justify eating a whole kingsize bar of galaxy and several pints of cola?????

i would have thought that justified a chocolate feast....you could always add on the extra calories used up through stress and have a nice chicken curry with fried rice of course just to make sure it evened everything out..
thats my theory anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
