what does blag mean?

i know what blag means but i heard someone else use it in a way that could have mean steal or something like that, so does anyone know if blag has two meanings in slang maybe?

Basically, it means to use sneaky tactics or a clever use of words to get something. For example, if you told a bouncer at a nightclub that you were friends with the owner and they let you in, you would have blagged your way into the club.
The "London Slang Dictionary" has blag as a slang word for a robbery, but if you copy and paste http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=blag you will find no less than six definitions.
"ease up guvner, it's a fair cop, I stole the blag !!"

I 've always thought it's original meaning was to rob, or those proceeds of the robbery.
