Anyone Else Experience This Response From Amazon?

so, a while back, I ordered a mug from amazon and I was told it would be with me between the 8th/18th october

this morning I got an email explaining that the seller " has not confirmed dispatch, or the status of the delivery."

on the site (under view orders), the estimated date has completely gone- and their's nothing under track package

2 questions here: 1 is, what could be going on with the seller?

and 2, would I have been charged for said item

Check your emails, Amazon account or your bank details to see if you have paid for it.
I would be inclined to cancel the order.
1. no idea
2. can't you view whatever payment method you use to see if they've taken the cash?

2 Cancel your order. You can do this through contact us. Quick and easy on line chat
If ever I look at an item on Amazon and the estimated delivery date is weeks away I avoid it. Its either out of stock and will taje forever for the next deilvery to come from the far east, or its coming directly from the far east and is such a small order that it will be at the bottom of the list.

I'd cancel it if I were you and look elsewhere.
