I have a Medion PDA running Navigator 4.4 and I find that some of the directions given are nonsense. I have given feedback to Navtech but they have not been able to replicate the directions I am getting. The best advice I have been able to find in the web is in effect 'don't expect too much'

Does anybody have good advice on settings to get the best out of the software?

you could try www.totalpda.co.uk or contact medion directly, although I wouldnt recommend the latter as im still waiting for a response from them. I mis laid two of my navigation software discs and want to get some more but no one there seems to be that bothered about it.

my version was 4.2, whats the 4.4 like?

Thanks. I'll have a look at that. 4.4 is not too bad although I think it has recently been superseded.

I know what you mean about trying to contact Medion. Nobody will answer the phone. You might do well to save up for something better as I have just had to have a new GPS board when the original one failed only 5 months out of guarantee.

I was running TomTom on the PDA before the failure but can't get it started again with the new board. There's always something!
do you still have your discs, maybe I could buy them off you?

Yes. I have them all. I want to keep them but would be willing to do you copies for backups as Medion aren't looking after you properly. Contact me on [email protected]
