What is a good site for downloading free invitation templates, please?

Tried Smilebox but their designs are a little quirky

You've not stated which program you want to use the template with. (Word? Publisher?)

Assuming that you're using a Microsoft program, the obvious place to start would seem to be the Microsoft Office website. This is the first of 4 pages of invitation templates:

A DTP program is more flexible than word processing software (such as Word). Serif PagePlus SE is free and might help you design your own invitations (either using its templates or 'from scratch'):

You can get free templates online from reliable sources like printing companies offering templates for various products like invitation card magnets. If you are interested, you can check http://www.uprinting....magnet-templates.html and see creative inspiration and samples of templates for magnet invitations.
