Vitamins

I have been feeling really Bad lately, head aches, tired grumpy. I eat well drink plenty of water exercise I'm 26. Could it be lack of Vitamins? Can any one suggest a vitamins or (legal) herb I could take to help?

I find multivitamin tablets help, but if you are feeling especially run down, you might be better to take multivitamins with iron. Hope you feel better.
Are you going to the toilet a lot? It could be diabetes, though it's not likely. Go to your doctor's (or Lloyd's Pharmacy if there's one near you), they'll do a diabetes test for free
Well, as long as you're not on the oral contraceptive pill, 'St John's Wort' is a good herbal tablet to take. It naturally helps to lift your mood and make you feel better. Are you a vegetarian? If so, you might not be getting enough iron and vitamin B12, so take supplements. Other than that, if you feel more like this around the time of the month, it might be a good idea to take evening primrose oil capsules, as the help keep your hormones in balance. : )
Omega3 capsules are very good, if you drink plenty of water this is good but Omega oil actually helps your body to 'use' the water rather than for it to just flow right back out! And cod liver oill capsules and vitamin C tablets are also very good.
3 Vita Force antifatique boost tablets in the morning will do the trick.!
maybe you need IRON because youa re anemic.... are you vegetarian or vegan?? Go to a DR and have your iron tested.
