Out of date Feta

Still sealed in it's pack but a month out of date. It smells fresh and tastes okay but is it safe to eat? Am I likely to get ill or just a dodgy stomach? Or be fine?

if it says use by then the date, dont eat it
but if it says best buy then the date it should be alright,but it wont taste nearly as fresh as it should do

Thanks.
Now upon checking, the new pack only has a Best Before date but the older one says Use By. Still confused, will let you know if I'm poorly!

The use by date is a standard of quality, NOT safety....
