can anyone please tell me how to clean a small fan without dismantling it. it is v dusty, and has thread trapped in it too. i need to clean behind the grooves and remove the thread. many thanks baljit

Hi, first of all turn the power off, suck most of the dust out with the vac, then get a small paint brush or old tooth brush to clean the inside, getting the thread out may be hard, try to find which way it round itself around the fan and then pull the thread the oppposite way, good luck, Ray
