Can I record a programme I have recorded on Sky Plus onto a DVD via my dvd recorder?

I have now worked out that I can, using Sky Plus Copy - however, I can't work out whether I can watch another Sky channel whilst the recorded programme is being copied to my dvd recorder.

If you are just copying 1 programme to your recorder it is better to just play the prog,Sky Plus Copy really is if you have a block of progs to copy.
If you use Sky Plus Copy you cannot do anything else with sky until it is finished as even pushing a button will stop copy playback...........
