We're picking up our friend from her carehome first and then going to have 'afternoon tea' in a beautiful location in the countryside. She hasn't been out since Christmas.

Thanks Barsel. The sea is only a 20 minute drive away. Xx
I like that coast too, Lottie. Beautiful beaches and so unspoilt. Where are you going?

Naomi, Probably Sheringham or Cromer where you can actually see the sea without walking miles out to it, and then to just outside Holt for our tea and then back to Wells next the sea and the care home. So a nice drive along the coast road and beautiful views.

Simple pleasures! ;0)
Lovely. Have a nice day.

Question Author
Thanks Bobbi. Nice to have a quick chat with good AB mates!!
I see the sea and need a pee. (*_^)
Enjoy your day, LottiePat.....the crashing of the waves will make a nice change from the monologues....
I'm having a long overdue haircut so some village gossip will be good...followed by another trip to the bottle bank. Dave's not daft....he sends me. ;-)
I the 1970s my cousin had a bungalow in Overstrand. We used to stay there and did the garden instead of paying for the holiday. It was so lovely and we often went into Cromer and had fresh crab. Remember also sitting on the harbour wall in Wells and buying prawns from the fisherman. Happy memories x
