Motorola Edge Large Sms?

Hello, I've got a Motorola Edge, over night the settings appear to have changed, when I read an SMS the text is massive, I've looked at settings to reduce the size but it only reduces the size of the fonts online (looking at Google say) and not in an SMS - I'd be grateful for any advice

Have you tried 'pinching' on the screen with your fingers (in the same way that you can enlarge or shrink a photo that you're viewing on your phone). It works on my phone.

Thank you that seems to reduce it a little, but not enough.
