Many moons ago I remember our insurance agent using a device which consisted of a couple of boards and elastic bands onto which he placed the ten bob notes, flipped it round on the elastic a couple of times and the note then found itself under the elastic.

Are these still made or does anybody know how to make them?

The last time I saw them advertised was in the 60's in the back of a Superman comic.

Was it made of sheet magnet?
Its usually reffered to as a milkmans wallet I think and is made up of 3 rectagular sheets of magnet with elastic in a kind of criss cross pettern.
Or is it 2 sheets? Its been years since i've seen them but you'll proberbly find one on the net somewhere or it would be really easy to make one.
