Help !1

Has anybody had trouble with Yodel as a courier service ? Waited in on two occasions this week for a parcel to be collected, failed both times. First time the driver said there was no parcel so put a card through the letter box - no card. Today driver reported again no parcel so left it at that. Can only assume they have finished for the day before collecting my parcel and gone home.

Oh yes. If I order anything, and they threaten me with "Yodel will deliver your parcel" I cancel asap. They are a nightmare. Good luck x

I had the same problems with Hermes, in the end I phoned the retailer I had purchased from and they sorted it for me.

Thankfully, that's always the case, ubasses. Their responsibility and nobody needs to contact their courier, except them.

Thanks for all the replies folks. I have also been in toch with the retailer but they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot !!

Just an update - Yodel turned up today to collect the parcel - miracles do sometimes happen !!
