Ebay Returns Advice…

I sold an item on eBay recently, some expensive Emma Bridgewater pottery. When the item was received the buyer noticed a bit of a glazing issue which I’d never noticed! She sent a return request immediately and I accepted immediately as I genuinely had never noticed.. however, the buyer has said that she’d be willing to keep the item if I discounted it by 25% which I’m also happy to do.
However, since I accepted the return request it’s no longer giving me the option for a partial refund like it did when the request was first sent.. I’ve tried going on the returns dashboard, selecting return but it will not let me change the refund amount! Initially it gave me the option to accept return request, offer at a discounted amount or dispute the request. Now nothing.. Does any eBay savvy person know how I can rectify this without having to get eBay involved? The buyer is lovely and quite understanding.. but I don’t want to leave her hanging waiting for this partial refund.

Thanks!

She can cancel the original return request from her ebay account, then she can redo the return request, asking for a partial refund .
