Some two years ago a programme about a lady in Belfast who conducted a choir of all interdenominatiol people. Some of the singers that the lady in question had helped them when they had problems.

She was a vibrant full of life lady. I don't know whether she sang in Whitewell chapel in Belfast or somewehere about there.

I need to know her name. Thanks for any answers.

Not really Bobbs - terrible night - what with hot milk and pepper, then wandering in and out bathroom. Am somewhat exhausted - but must be somewhere for 10-10.30.

I'm one of these people that if I doze for 10 minutes on the settee - that's me - can't sleep that night. I have been unwell anyway as I have quite bad flareup of fibromyalgia. So I'll stand in the shower with lots of hot water and see if I get relief. thanks for enquiring Bobbs and I did get my answer from my lovely Chris.
have you anything to help with the fibromyalgia?
Arh sorry to hear that Jen xx

no Emmie - have had it for many years now since I had so many accidents - I just take regular painkillers - I';m ok if I don't hit my body on anything ie stubbing your toe, hitting your shoulder on a door - or even if a straw accidentally falls on my toe - the pain is excruciating - however it quickly dies down.
Hot milk and pepper? Never heard of that before.
Question Author
have been taking that for years as told by my wee mummy - pepper keeps colds away - sure you believe your mummy all the time - and I only did what I was told to do - as I was a good child I was LOL
