You went away for the weekend and lost 3 lbs. - now that's an achievement, I would have gained at least 3 lbs !! I haven't had a bag of revels for ages, may treat myself today when I go shopping (before the sugar tax strikes haha) ...

I’m not a big eater Shirl at the best of times and as I was the ‘hostess’ making the meals, I ate even less but then I went straight back on to SW on Monday morning anyway
