A friend is sending me essays via email which she wants me to correct for grammar, etc.  I want to do this in red.  Is there any way I can do this without having to renew the instruction for every alteration.  At the moment, I copy and paste the essay into Word.  I have to change the font colour to Red for a correction but as soon as I move the cursor on, it's back to black again.
