I’m off to Lanzarote later in the year. Don’t mind having a vaccine passport et al. It is two years since I had a holiday, haven’t seen my daughter and her children since Christmas 2019, my son since last September. I’ve had enough!
I'm with Spicy, its the vaccination ID that they said wouldn't happen via the back door. Another lie.

This is now all about control. They have had a taste of it and dont want to let go.

And yes, I've had the AZ.

Carolegif, same here , where in lanza are you going?
Jourdain, you can get an official paper certificate from the .gov website. I renewed my passport during the pandemic and while it took a while, because my previous passort was so old it was hand written and anyway I had lost it, it wasn't at all complicated.
Woof - many thanks for that! We've already booked for Scotland in Sept., but sister and I would like a city-break somewhere different later on. Thanks again. :)
I do feel a bit conflicted about this... I want as many people as possible to get the vaccine but I'm uncomfortable with effectively forcing people and all the talk about "traitors" makes me very uneasy... the language of treason and treachery is extremely dangerous as I think the last few years have shown us... It should not be used lightly. there are all kinds of reasons somebody might choose not to get the virus and it isn't all foil-hattery....
