Reasons For Cheerfulness

1. Not heard to the contrary so presume family is well.
2. I'm breathing so as well as can br expected.
3. Sun is shining. Shame it is taking the frost which looked so beautiful.
4. Boiler worked so house not as cold as usual when I got up.
5. I've enough logs for a fire later.
6. Got some fish for tea tonight.
7. I'm not a grumpy old man.

I’ve just been for my asymptomatic COVID screen and I’m negative.

1. I had my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on Friday. Second dose on 12 Feb.

2. I've got a 2-day working week this week and then I'm not back at work until 25 January.

3. I've had a lovely relaxing weekend.

4. OH is just running me a nice hot bath and with scented candles.

5. I've a sneaky suspicion he's got me a pair of boots and a Longchamps bag I wanted for my birthday.
