Can a child from household A be taken to household B , for the grandparents in household B to provide child care ?

AFAIK the existing bubble arrangements for childcare will continue whether its tier 2, 3 or 4
Of course its only suppose to be for the childcare not a free pass for the both households to mix in full for meals/overnight stops, trips out as some beleive

I would have thought so if grandparents have been self isolating, how old is the child?
