The lastic curtain hooks clipped onto our Swish plastic curtain rails are starting to drag and stick when we try to open or close them along the rail..
Can anybody suggest something we can put on the rail to make the curtains glide more easily? Thanks.

Try using furniture polish such as pledge. This should work.
Vaseline on the track works as well.
You may have to remove any residues of dust sticking in the crevices of the plastic moulded rail first with something like White Spirit.
In my experience Vaseline doesn't work well - makes dust stick and eventually dries out hard (with dust insitu).
Agree about the Vaseline. Any spray polish containing silicones will do. Put it on the cloth and wipe the rail with it. The one that's advertised with the little guy in the aeroplane (I forget the name) is probably the slippiest. I banned my wife from using it on our coffee table 'cos my mug kept sliding about like it was on ball-bearings!
I always use spray furniture polish as well, works brilliantly.
It's worth cleaning the track first with Jif /Cif then see if they glide better before applying something else. WD40 works Ok too but spray on a cloth then wipe on track.
Cleaners sold for car interiors - dashboard/vinyl upholstery contain a lot of silicon. Try one of those.
A clean with a normal cleaner (like flash) will work well but if you can get a silicone spray then that will work wonders!
Cheers, Andy
