Not where I live they havent....
I have to say.... this lockdown, most seem to have continued as normal. A few cafes are doing deliveries instead now.
Of course they want everyone to get back to normal ASAP, but they also can't look heartless, while doing it.
Have we any idea what we can arrange for Christmas yet?

There will be no formal announcement before Tuesday, as the Scottish and Welsh cabinets have yet to approve the draft plans that have been discussed by all four administrations. However (quote) "One option that was discussed in meetings this weekend was that three households could be allowed to meet up for up to five days, according to the BBC's deputy political editor Vicki Young"

I’d buy you a drink or three any-day Chris.
All this will mean is that people will order enough drink before 10 to last them till 11. In effect it is just moving chucking-out time back one hour.

Thanks Chris x no idea what we will do still. The changes in law won't make anyone safer... we'll have to work it out.
