Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

A lovely puzzle, well constructed, an area I love, but a new quote for me. One of those puzzles I couldn't put down, just one more clue until, bam, I'd finished.

I really enjoyed this. I'm not used to the "wrong" letters (rather than corrections) generating a message, and made several mistakes on this front before the quote fell into place. I thought this is one of the best set of Listener clues I've seen for a long time. 6 down made me laugh out loud, and I can't remember that happening in all the years I've been doing these puzzles. Not particularly difficult but great fun, and that's just what we need in these crazy times.

I'm not entirely sure how specific the requirement of the last stage is, but as I don't submit these things I'm not too fussed. Great stuff.

Another very enjoyable puzzle, thanks very much, JFD. I was held up parsing a few clues and needed the thematic material to get me over the line.

I am in the same boat as Hagen as I can’t see any specific requirement for the final stage, but likewise don’t submit so not too worried.

Managed mostly to stick to the wrong letters for the instruction, but at times struggled to figure out what the correct letter would be, so some problems parsing. Then contrived to misinterpret the instruction. However all sorted out now.
Thanks to JFD. The self-imposed constraints can't have made grid construction easy.
