A Question Of Racism?

Following the news that the presenter Sue Barker and team captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell are being axed from A Question Of Sport, there is much speculation online that their replacements will be “people of colour”...though admittedly that is yet to be confirmed. If it does turn out to be the case, is that not racism against Caucasian people - firing them because they are white?

I'm not convinced she's a good fit for the role, but she seems to be a likeable character and I'm willing to give her a chance.

I really hope I'm proven wrong about people (and Lineker does not help this, no matter what his intentions are) thinking it's a race replacement. More ageism than racism in my view.

I don't rate Sue Barker as a presenter.

Couldn't give two hoots what colour or gender the next presenter and captains are. I probably wouldn't even notice as long as they are good at it.

I do like Phil though, he makes me smile.
