I've just downloaded the above fron cnet , unzipped the files & now ...what do i have to do to be able to use it

Unzip it to a folder. Make sure you are online. Click on the exe file and you should get a screen that will give you a link to the website. Regsister with them to create a new account. They will send to your e-mail inbox a link to confirm registration and the link will also show you a registration number that you enter into the box on the opening screen of bryce 5 and that should be that.
