I think it is 'Kissing you' by Des'ree

If you mean the classical piece of music it's Scene from the Balcony by Craig Armstrong, from the modern day film version of Romeo and Juliet and can be found on the soundtrack of the same name(Vol 2) or Armstrong's album Space Between Us.
