You usually get points which you can eventually convert to cash and get fed up well before you have enough points to get any money. When I reached £5 it turned out to be a £5 voucher off £50 of wine- what use was that!
You'll also find the surveys lead to other surveys and very soon you get 100s of spam emails.

tried online surveys once, you have to do an awful lot to earn any money and you will find that you are ineligible for a lot of them. I found it a complete waste of time and energy
Beware of Vindale Research Scam Paid Survey Site

Vindale Research, with the very sneaky and admittedly enticing slogan, "the finest minds", advertises the following opportunities to make money online. "Be heard. Share your opinion. Review Products and take simple online surveys. Make a difference by giving your opinion. Earn great rewards. Keep the products you review."
I do Yougov surveys and OnePoll, both of which have been mentioned on tv by money experts.
I have had £50 from YouGov but it took ages to get that--one minute you get loads to do then nothing for ages.
Not had anything from OnePoll yet--their suveys are are very short, so you only get paid iabout 20p
I use www.ciao.co.uk , www.valued opinions.co.uk, www.toluna.com & http://www.globaltestmarket.com. They've all paid me , but as others have said takes ages . However every little bit helps these days .
Sorry www.valuedopinions.co.uk
