By all means protest outside but going into a supermarket full of anger like this should not be acceptable?

I see wearing a mask as a short-term measure which may, just, help slightly slow down the spread of Covid . It is a minor issue- I wear one maybe twice a week for 15 minutes. I'm happy to do so as it might help a bit, it makes others feel better, and it doesn't put others (eg staff) in a possible uncomfortable position of wondering whether to 'challenge' me. If it...

You would think that people with breathing difficulties would already be the most vulnerable, and it makes no sense to exempt those, except on a practical basis. Please stop thinking that the idea is to protect anybody.
If you are at risk, keep away and social distance as much as possible.
Mine was a general query, I have no intention of not wearing one - especially when in a hospital.
Sorry, mamya, mine was general too, not aimed at anyone x apparently a script is enough as proof.
At first I thought this was a joke but no, my goodness we might as well all lie down and die

There's a good chance that if they tried this in Australia they would have been arrested.

'People' need to get over themselves and not assume appointment to gatekeeper just because they have a big mouth and a crap attitude in general.

It's the business of nobody at all.

I don't like wearing a seat belt in the car but I do it because it's illegal not to. If someone stopped my car, knocked on the window and harangued me to undo my seat belt on the basis that I was one of the sheeple doing the bidding of 'the man' i'd probably get out and punch them.

Quite right too. Now imagine this: you have an exemption from wearing a seat belt (lots of people do, you can find a list of those who qualify within the legislation). So you’re driving around with no seat belt on, as is your right. Then go on to imagine that someone stopped your car, knocked on the window and harangued you to fasten your seat belt on the basis….well I don’t know on what basis.

That’s what’s happening to a number of people who cannot wear face coverings. Many of them are not so robust as you and I am and they cannot deal with the aggro caused by people following the recommendation of Commissioner Dick of Dock Green, who hoped that people will be "shamed" into wearing a face covering. As a result, where they used to go out following their end of their house arrest they now don’t visit shops or use public transport. Is that right?
