Radiohead Just vid

Helloo. Just seen this vid again on E4. Has the premise of the video ever been revealed by Radiohead or has anyone managed to work out his reason for lying on the ground? I remember first seeing it on the Chart Show all those years ago and wondering then what it was all about. Now I've seen the whole video I'm still none the wiser! Great video though and fantastic song.

I don't think they've ever said - someone good at lip-reading might be able to catch the man's words though, although some of those are covered. Maybe they were all just being lazy..? HeHe

Ah - apparently the band themselves said that "They'd never tell anyone what he said because it'd make you want to lie down in the road too"

Me again Fatcat - apparently the first lines he says after the subtitles are gone are "I'll tell you why - I'll tell you why..." but then it cuts quickly to a shot of the band watching, so you're never meant to know.

Thanks Dizzie. I thought someone might be able to lip read some of the words but I remember that it cut to the band halfway through him speaking. Clever but frustrating! I suppose it's one of those things that you can put your own interpretation on in the end. Cheers for all the info.
