Icmeler, Turkey

Has anyone visted Icmeler in Turkey? I've been to Turkey a few times but not there, just wondering if anyone has any tips etc. Thanks. (PS Am looking for a quiet hol, ie just fly and flop but with a bit of sightseeing)

Icmeler is just outside Marmaris. It is the quieter area but only just. The beach is lovely, lots of restaurants. Only a short dolmus ot taxi ride into bustling Marmaris (definitely not quiet). You can get excursions to Ephesus, Pamukale and lots of boat trips from Marmaris. Enjoy if you go.

no, but when considering Turkey our local travel agent said that is the only resort in Turkey that he would stay in and he recommended a superior hotel, the name escapes me at the moment though
