ipod help once again

My iPod isn't showing up on iTunes, can someone please please please tell me how to make it show up?!

it depends.
is your ipod coming up when you plug it in to the pc? (should show up new hardware found) if not it could be faulty lead) u may want to try that.
have you had it working on itunes before or is this the first time you used it?
sounds stupid but make sure you have plugged it straight in to the pc it doesnt like usb1 which most usb external hubs are. hope you sort it out.

My ipod used to come up as ipod on my computer now it just comes up as a removable drive. It used to show up on itunes automatically as soon as I plugged it in but it doesn�t do that either. What do I do?

is the iPod switched on?

My iPod comes up as a Removable drive if it's switched off ... it opens iTunes if it's switched on

BUT ... I work on an Apple Mac and they sometimes do things slightly differently! :-)
