I’m going for a long walk in the morning through a forestry park, must get back into my 10,000 steps a day, thunder and heavy downpours forecast for us pm but I’m not bothered getting caught in with a good friend
I am very jealous. When I get this plaster off I am going to stay with my mother for a bit and we're going to go for a sauna, steam and swim every day. I can feel my fitness declining.
